Refund eligibility depends on the product or service you purchased. Fees for completed work (for example, delivered photography or published listing upgrades) are generally non-refundable unless we fail to deliver what was purchased or required by applicable law.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@3dghar.com with your account email, order or receipt reference, date of payment, and a short description of the issue. We review requests in line with this policy and Terms of Service.

3. Featured listings and subscriptions

Promotional placement, boosts, and subscription periods typically run for the term you selected. Partial refunds may be considered if a technical fault on our side prevented delivery for a substantial period.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example digital wallets or banks). Timing of refunds to your original payment method may depend on that provider.
